Pure Mountains Mountain Bike Holidays
Strengths The riding is fantastic with loads of swooping single track. The guiding is excellent with well thought out routes tailored to the groups abilities. Tim and Jenny's patience is second to none and thanks to them I can now do switch backs! Not forgetting the luxury accommodation, great food, Land Rover support and amazing location. Overall Our second visit proved to be as excellent as our first. The combination of biking, accommodation, food and guiding is still the best I have known. Tim and Jenny look after you so well in every aspect of the holiday. I will definitely return.

horseback riding!
During my stay in Italy I went horseback riding through the Tuscan trails, through the hills of Siena. I've been horseback riding before in the States, but the view and the experience was just unforgettable. If you are ever in the Tuscan area, I strongly recommend this activity!

A day out at Tigre - relax on the deltas or get really involved in the wildlife!
Tigre is an area just under an hour away from Buenos Aires and makes a peaceful break from the capital. We went by train, which is very cheap and takes a scenic route, but nonetheless frequent and punctual. We spent a day on an organised tour, including a boat ride down the deltas, lunch and the choice of two activities; I did the horse trek and the mountain biking and both were unforgettable. The scenery is remote and impressive, the birds and wildlife is fascinating and our bilingual tour guide made it all the more worth while! It really was a memorable day, which made for an excellent, accessible day trip from the city.

Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert
Labelled as one of France’s prettiest villages, it’s hard to disagree if you visit its tiny medieval streets and Benedictine Abbey. The village lies on the edge of a gorge that runs down to the Hérault river, its main street climbing up a steadily steepening hillside. There are numerous picturesque houses and it seems that a good number of the 250 or so residents are artists, judging by the amount of paintings and ceramics on sale. Towards the end of the main street you’ll encounter the Abbey, founded in 804 by Guilhem of Orange who later achieved sainthood.

Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert lies in the Gellon valley just North of Gignac, east of the new A75 motorway, about 30 kilometres Northwest of Montpellier

Nice, relaxing Terme!
On my six week stay in Italy, I headed out to Siena and went to the Terme, thermal bath. I got a massage, and participated in mud and water therapy. It was the most relaxing thing I have done in a while, since I've been so stressed with school! If you are on vacation and are too stressed out you don't know what to do, definitely check out the Terme!
